Refund policy

Please note: Because our products are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once printing has begun, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We always want you to be happy — if there’s a problem, contact us and we’ll make it right.

At Han Printed, every print is custom-made and personalised just for you. We take great care to ensure your order arrives exactly as expected.

Personalised Items
Because each item is made to order and customised with your chosen photo or details, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun — except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised goods from standard return rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hanprinted@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. Once verified, we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations
We can only cancel orders if production has not yet started. Once artwork or printing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hanprinted@gmail.com and we’ll let you know if it’s still eligible.

Returns (non-personalised items)
If we offer any non-personalised products, you may return them within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund, excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
