At Han Printed, every item is carefully made to order. Below you’ll find details about how we process, ship, and deliver your personalised prints.

Order Processing Time

Because each print is individually designed and made, please allow 3–5 business days for artwork preparation and production before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always notify you of any significant delay.

Shipping Times & Methods

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

International Shipping

At this time, we [do not offer / may offer limited] international shipping. If you’d like to arrange international delivery, please contact us before ordering at hanprinted@gmail.com.

Delays and Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided (or to your nominated carrier if you organise your own shipping). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can put it right quickly.
