Welcome to Han Printed. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Han Printed is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services and, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may be asked for information (e.g., email, billing, payment, shipping). You warrant it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We try to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary by device settings and materials. Descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment must be authorised/received before acceptance. Please review carefully before submitting; cancellation may not be possible once production starts. If we change or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you using the contact details provided. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy [LINK].

4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged is the one in effect at checkout and shown in your confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, handling, customs/import duties, and applicable taxes. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment details and authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge the amounts due.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (UK CONSUMER LAW)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk and title in goods pass to you when you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods (or, if you arrange your own carrier not offered by us, when we hand items to that carrier). Please inspect packages on delivery and tell us promptly about any issues.

6. PERSONALISED CONTENT & UPLOADED IMAGES
To create personalised prints, you may upload photographs or other content (“Images”). You: (a) confirm you own the Images or have all necessary permissions (including from parents/guardians where children are depicted) to use and share them with us; (b) grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and process the Images solely to create, produce, deliver, and support your order; and (c) agree we will not use Images for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content; images sexualising minors are strictly prohibited. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these Terms.

7. CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS — CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Because personalised goods are made to your specification, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundableunless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we provide proofs/previews, you are responsible for checking spellings, dates, and details before approval; production may begin after approval and subsequent changes may incur costs.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all related content (trademarks, artwork, text, graphics, designs, layouts, images, video, audio, and code) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your limited personal, non-commercial use of the Services and the licence you grant us in Section 6, no rights are granted. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. They are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Han Printed is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases are made directly with Han Printed. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Han Printed.

11. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy [LINK], and certain data is processed by Shopify under its privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge both policies.

12. FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display them for operating and improving the Services. You warrant you have the rights to submit such content and that it complies with law and these Terms.

13. ERRORS & CHANGES
We may correct errors or omissions (including pricing, availability, shipping charges, and descriptions) and update information or cancel orders affected by such errors, with or without prior notice (subject to law).

14. PROHIBITED USES
Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes; to infringe rights; to harass, defame, or harm others; to transmit malware or spam; to scrape or mine data; to circumvent security; or to upload prohibited content (see Section 6). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

15. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You remain responsible for amounts due up to termination. Sections intended to survive (including IP, licences, limitations, indemnities, and governing law) will continue to apply.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement). You rely on information provided at your own risk.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect or consequential losses; or (c) losses not reasonably foreseeable. For paid orders, our aggregate liability in respect of any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

18. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Han Printed (and our officers, employees, and service providers) from claims or losses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your infringement of third-party rights (including in Images); or (c) your misuse of the Services.

19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in effect.

20. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and policies referenced herein are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.

22. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION (UK)
These Terms and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on our website and, where required by law, providing notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
